View & Edit

Purpose

Displays the current document so that you can view and/or edit its contents. It's useful to confirm that you've captured all the text you intended, make manual edits before conversion or select an image to use for the final MP3 track.

Importance

     (Normally not required when converting most documents.)

Related Commands

• Text2Go - Once you've added your text, use the Text2Go command to convert and transfer it to your iPod / MP3 player.
• Add Text - Add a block of text to convert to speech.
• Clear Last - Removes the last block of text added. This is an undo for Add Text.
• Clear All - Removes all text added with Add Text. This effectively deletes the current document.
